Smiling Gecko Switzerland, Cambodia, and Singapore have a shared commitment to empowering rural communities in Cambodia through education, sustainable development, and social enterprise.
Smiling Gecko Singapore focus on engaging the Singapore community by creating opportunities for youth and professionals to connect with global humanitarian issues through fundraising, events, skills-sharing, and school/corporate partnerships.
Smiling Gecko Singapore Limited (UEN 202452207M) is registered in Singapore as a Company Limited by Guarantee as a non profit organisation.
Governance and Transparency
Smiling Gecko Singapore operates with a governance framework aligned to the standards set by Singapore’s Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY).
Our application for charity status has been submitted and is currently under review since June 2025. During this period, our corporate secretary, ALPADIS, ensures that our board governance practices meet MCCY’s regulatory requirements.
Our financial statements are overseen by P G Wee Partnership LLP, providing assurance of transparency, accountability, and responsible stewardship. These measures reflect our commitment to transparency and donor trust as we continue building our presence in Singapore.
