Fund a Scholarship
As of 2024/2025 academic year, our school has total 516 kids. They are from underprivilege and poor community surrounding our campus. By providing them comprehensive education, it promises a better future for these kids and their families. A one-year scholarship for a child cost 3’900. The cost includes bilingual education system (Khmer and EN), nutritious meals, music & arts, hygiene, health care, books and uniforms.
Fund a Classroom
Smiling Gecko’s middle school project is a vital step in providing continuous, quality education for children in rural Cambodia. While the school is taking shape, several classrooms are still awaiting construction—and your support can help turn this vision into reality.
Your contribution will help replace the current temporary classrooms made from bamboo and corrugated iron, which are unsuitable for Cambodia’s extreme temperatures.
Fund a Sustainable Greenhouse
Agriculture and livestock are at the heart of Smiling Gecko. In terms of land area and the number of people employed, it continues to play a prominent role in the overall project. Both in terms of the production of animal and plant foods, and as an experimental site where we seek answers to the consequences of global warming by experimenting with climate-resilient plants and fish.
